MY EXPERIENCE IN MUSIC

I have been exposed to music all of my life, I was first introduced when I was five years old when I took piano lessons. I have taken lessons until I was 12 and had my first teaching experience when I taught my cousins what I learned from my lessons. Then, when I was 11, I joined my middle school's band and drumline, and from there I fell in love with drums and percussion. I was in drumline from 7th grade until my senior year of high school. I was part of a back-to-back 3 year Western Band Association winning streak, including best percussion section. I take great pride in my music and hope to be able to spread that same energy with you guys!

• 2014, 2015, & 2016 Western Band Association Champion

• Best Percussion Section 

• Played as 1st chair percussionist in ABC Unified District Honor Band

• 2015 American Drum Line Association Preliminary Round Champion Drumline

• Invited to play in percussion at Carnegie Center, New York with Cerritos High School Wind Symphony
